At Grace Artwork, we take care in preparing and shipping your artwork so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–6 business days after payment is received.
Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays. During busy periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates
- Contiguous United States (Lower 48): FREE shipping on all orders.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $20 flat-rate shipping per order.
- International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected. Transit time begins after your order has shipped and is separate from our 2–6 business day processing period.
Estimated delivery dates, when available, are provided during checkout or through carrier tracking.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or your shipment appears lost, please contact us at gracegalleryartworks@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
For damaged items, please include photographs of the product and packaging when possible.
